Fall cleanup is billed by the hour, per crew, not per worker. After the first hour, time is billed in 15-minute increments, and debris disposal is always included.

What areas do you service?
We serve Sault Ste. Marie and the surrounding areas.
When do you do fall cleanups?
Fall cleanup runs from October 1st to November 30th. Dates fill up as the leaves come down, so book early.
How much does a fall cleanup cost?
It's billed by the hour, per crew (not per worker). There's a 1-hour minimum per visit, then time is billed in 15-minute increments. Debris disposal is included. Active Northern Snow lawn customers get a lower hourly rate.
Can you give me a flat price?
No. Every yard is different, so we bill the actual time on site instead of quoting a flat total or capping the time. You only pay for the time the crew is there.
What do you clean up?
Leaves, sticks and small branches, acorns and similar yard debris. We also do powerbrooming to sweep up gravel and sand.
Is there anything you won't take?
Yes. A fall cleanup doesn't cover large items like old decks, lumber or furniture, large tree branches, removing garden beds, dog waste, or needles and hazardous materials.
Do you take the leaves away?
Your choice. We can leave the debris on site, or haul it away with our leaf-vac truck. Disposal is included in the hourly rate either way.
